Register for PROGRESS Speak Up! Conference

The Program for Research and Outreach on Gender Equality in Society (PROGRESS) will partner with Deloitte for the second consecutive year to host a one-day conference, Speak Up!, to teach women and middle school girls the art of negotiation.  This event will take place on Saturday, February 27th from 9am-2pm at Deloitte’s Arlington office. Lunch will also be provided.

PROGRESS is on a mission to eliminate the wage gap between women and men.  We believe that exposing girls to negotiation skills at an early age through Speak Up! will help achieve this goal and pay huge dividends in the participants’ lives. 

This is a great learning opportunity for littles and Big Sisters are encouraged to attend with their littles so they can participate in this interactive session together.

Space is limited.  If you are interested in attending, please RSVP to Rukia Malipula here by February 22nd. Also, please have your little’s parent complete the permission slip included in the email from Big Brothers Big Sisters and bring with you on the day of the event.
