Annual Picnic

The Annual NovaBigs Picnic will be on Saturday, September 26th from 11:00 am - 3:00pm at Dawson Terrace Community Center in Arlington (the same location as last year). The park is accessible from the Courthouse Metro station on the Orange Line.

As always, the NovaBigs Council will take care of the grill; there will be hamburgers, hot dogs, and veggie burgers for everyone. We will also supply the drinks. Please bring along a side dish or dessert to share. Thanks!

The park offers many attractions - there is a playground, a basketball court and a field ready for a game of NovaBigs flag football or ultimate frisbee. Plus, the picnic is the time and place to vote for new members for the NovaBigs Council. Bigs have already volunteered and been nominated - they simply need you to come and vote.
